Homeschool Legally and Confidently in Alabama
We provide everything you need to get started successfully, meet all legal requirements, stay on track, and homeschool with peace of mind.
Is Homeschooling in Alabama Confusing?
Between the legal terms, conflicting advice, and too many options, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed.
You might be wondering:

What paperwork do I actually need to file?

What is the best way for my family to do this?

What if my kids are special needs?

Who do I listen to for accurate answers?

“Can I really do this on my own?”
You shouldn’t have to feel lost just because you want to give your child the best education possible.

We Make It Simple, Legal, and Encouraging
At Academy for Excellence, we’re more than a legal church school — we’re a support system for Alabama homeschoolers.
Kristi Stapler, your school administrator, is a veteran homeschooler who’s helped hundreds of families navigate the process.
She’s easy to reach, easy to talk to, and deeply committed to helping you succeed.
